We are delighted to announce that Ivy Joan will be presenting a workshop with us at this years
Joy Of Spring. For the first time ever since publishing the guide to French Brocanting ‘The Companion’ Ivy Joan is launching her first event - with us! ‘Let’s talk Brocante’ is an opportunity to come and listen to Hayley Peters talk about her French Brocanting adventures. A talk with Q&A and some valuable information and tools that will help you on your journey to brocanting yourself. |

Hayley will discuss which French Brocantes to visit, give top tips on how to find local car boot sales and antique fairs and even share which regions are best to search out particular pieces. As well as the glamorous side of brocanting, Hayley will touch on the informative pieces that can really make your trip run smoothly, from hotels, to customs, tolls to toilet stops if there’s something that can help with your trip Hayley will try to cover it.

The afternoon will end with a Q&A session where you’ll be able to ask Hayley any questions you have to help you start your adventures.
All participants will receive:

The let’s talk Brocante workshop will be held within our event on May 20th 2023 at Middleton Hall Gardens. The price of the ticket covers your entrance to the ‘Let’s talk Brocante’ event only and a ticket will be needed in advance for the ‘Joy Event’ tickets to the event - they are currently available on our Joy Events website.
The Let’s Talk Brocante ticket price includes the ‘Let’s Talk Brocante’ event, event goody bag and an exclusive viewing of new, never before seen stock on the day which Hayley will be bringing with her from her French trip from earlier in the week.
